The Danish Architecture Centre (DAC) is located in Copenhagen and is the main exhibition space in Denmark for architecture. During our visit there was an exhibition entitled Reprogramming The City Opportunities for Urban Infrastructure. The curator Scott Burnham is a urban strategist and writer and he explores a new paradigm of urban creativity and resourcefulness in the current exhibition.

The exhibition sees the modification of an existing object, structure, or system to serve a different purpose than its original intention. With the intention to expand the functionality of a structure or system that is beyond its prescribed role. As a result enabling urban assets to become agile responses to the changing built environments and urban needs.
